DMCA and Copyright Policy

How copyright complaints are handled.

What this site stores

PinsDownloader.net is a technical tool. It retrieves publicly available Pinterest media at the moment you request it and passes it to your browser.

It hosts no library of Pinterest content, does not index it for browsing, and keeps no copy once your request completes.

The original material therefore sits on Pinterest’s servers, and a notice sent to Pinterest will be more effective at removing it.

Filing a notice

If you own a copyright and believe this site has been used to infringe it, send a notice to blogguru7887@gmail.com including the following.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on this site relating to your complaint.
  • Your contact details — a name and an email address that reaches you.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How requests are handled

Complete notices are reviewed promptly, and access to any infringing material within this site’s control is removed or disabled.

Incomplete notices cannot be actioned; a reply will explain what is missing.

Repeated or bad-faith notices may be disregarded, and misrepresenting a claim may carry legal consequences for the sender.

Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.

It should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and include your contact details and signature.
